At the Romanian site of Helbako, the second ramp-up of a series product was successfully mastered.
As a result, HELBAKO ELECTRONICA, a wholly owned subsidiary of Helbako GmbH, now supplies two high-volume products for two well-known automobile manufacturers. As with the first product launch, HELBAKO ELECTRONICA was able to convince with an excellent audit result and offer impeccable delivery quality right from the start.
“Thanks to the partnership-based cooperation between our sites, our guiding principle Kompetenz in Elektronik knows no national borders,” concludes Ulf Zimmermann, member of the Executive Board and responsible there for Helbako’s international development.
A further product ramp-up in Romania is planned for the end of 2018. The manufacturing and development site there in the city of Timisoara has complemented HELBAKO GmbH in Heiligenhaus since 2015. Helbako also has a presence in China through a joint venture.
