Helbako also started small once. That’s why we support the start in the professional world of those who want to make it big. Helbako provides its own apprentice workshop and continuously trains junior staff. Likewise, opportunities are available for students to complete a company internship with us.

Our products are as reliable as we are ourselves. Tomorrow means tomorrow and not the day after tomorrow, finished means finished and not almost finished, 09:00 means 09:00 and not 09:07. This has nothing to do with pettiness, but a lot to do with mutual respect.

Because the foundation for a professional future begins at school, we are also involved in the School-Business Cooperation Network (KSW), helping with sponsorship and specific projects.

Successful projects

One example of successful training projects is the development of a multilingual audio system that our training workshop developed for the Neanderthal Museum.

Its multimedia terminals work with headphones, the control of which was completely designed and implemented by our trainees.
