The year 2023 was turbulent, and at the heart of our success was the high commitment and performance of our employees.
A big and heartfelt thank you to the teams at both locations for all that has been achieved.
Thanks to the efforts of our employees, we were able to successfully complete audits in the areas of ASM (work safety), IATF 16949, and TISAX again. All important milestones for the future.
The excellent quality values of our products were consistently achieved again in production at both sites. We were also able to generate new customers this year, which we are particularly pleased about.
- New products were introduced.
- New software systems were implemented.
- We welcomed new employees.
- New machines were installed.
- Many anniversaries, birthdays, and celebrations were held.
To improve ourselves, we have just conducted an employee survey in Heiligenhaus, and the response rate was very good. We will now work on the potential identified. In Timisoara, we will also conduct an employee survey in 2024.
Unfortunately, there were also sad events, such as the loss of a loyal colleague in Heiligenhaus who suddenly passed away this year. We also had to mourn serious illnesses among employees this year.
We wish all employees all the best for the new year. Stay or become healthy.
In 2024, we would like to start again with many new ideas. For this, we need you as employees!
