Your tasks

Responsibility for global procurement of assigned commodity groups for the German and Romanian plant
Strategic sourcing, price negotiation and contract management for various components in the field of electronics, plastics or electromechanics
Independent maintenance and development of strategic product groups
Design and maintenance of supplier management and supplier relationships
Development and implementation of cost-saving activities during the product development process
Carrying out analyses and cost optimization with the supplier
Analysis and observation of the procurement markets for new technologies

Your profile

Completed technical or commercial studies or a comparable qualification
Several years of professional experience in purchasing in an industrial company, preferably in the automotive industry
Knowledge of electronic components, preferably also tools as well as good knowledge of manufacturing processes and cost structures of individual components
Business fluent in written and spoken German and English
User knowledge in the use of SAP desirable
