Your tasks

  • Leadership of the team (disciplinary and technical) as well as strategic development of the area of responsibility
  • Ensuring the ability to deliver and delivery reliability to the customer
  • Materials planning in line with requirements in terms of quantity and value, including inventory controlling
  • Production planning taking into account optimal inventory levels, productivity of manufacturing processes and on-time completion
  • Implementation of inlet and outlet control of primary and secondary material
  • Ensuring customer support during order processing
    • Order management sales order incl. Call-off
    • Order management production order
    • Dial-up processing
    • Communication with customers about deliveries
  • Coordination of production planning with the production areas
  • Pointing out impending delivery delays to the customer incl. Initiate the necessary escalations
  • Coordinate escalations to customer and support escalations to supplier in coordination with purchasing. If necessary, in coordination with the Timișoara site.
  • Regular coordination and (if required) coordination of logistics/procurement topics with the Timişoara site, if necessary involving the Purchasing and Logistics departments.
  • SAP key user function for the MM module
  • Inventory support

Your profile

  • Successfully completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification
  • Practical experience in materials planning or operational purchasing
  • Service and customer orientation is a matter of course for you
  • You have very good communication skills and organizational talent as well as sound MS Office and SAP knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of German and English
