Your tasks
- Planning, execution and documentation of agile meetings in the daily workflow
- Sprints
- Retrospective/Demonstration
- Daily
- Support internal communication and effective collaboration
- Coaching of team members in the agile area
- Advance and further develop agile methods
- Implementation and adaptation of agile tools
Your profile
- Completed training or comparable
- Knowledge of agile methods – preferably Scrum and Kanban – desirable
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Conscientious, structured and proactive way of working
- Solution-oriented thinking and quick comprehension
- Fluency in written and spoken German and English
